2025-26 PK & Kindergarten Registration

**Please note that PreK3&4 students already enrolled in the North Arlington School District do not need to complete registration for PK4 or Kindergarten** 

** Please note that the kindergarten class at Jefferson School is full. After registration, placement is TBD.

Step 1: Find out what grade to register for and fill out the appropriate form below: 

PK3: Complete the PK3 Application

PK4: Complete the PK4 Application

Kindergarten: Complete the Pre-Registration Form

2025-26 Grades 1-12 Registration

**Please note that PreK students already enrolled in the North Arlington School District do not need to complete registration for kindergarten**

** Please note that the following grade levels are at capacity:

                   *Roosevelt Elementary School-Grade 5

                   *Jefferson Elementary School-Grades 2-5

                    *Washington Elementary School- Kindergarten and Grade 5

                    *Susan B. Anthony Elementary School-Kindergarten and Grade 4

  Please register at your neighborhood zone school and the building principal will be in contact once registration is complete.

 STEP 1: Complete our Pre-Registration Form.   Please make sure to select the 2025-2026 school year and the correct location according to grade and neighborhood zones.

STEP 2: Email the following forms to the appropriate secretary:

    1. Child’s Original Birth Certificate (with a raised seal) or their Passport
    2. Form 8
    3.  Copy of Mortgage/Lease
    4. Form 9-if you lease
      • Medical Emergency Contact (Form 4)
      • Physicians Report (Form 5)
      • Immunizations (Form 6PK/Form 6K)
      • Dentist Report (Form 7)
      • Home Language Survey (Form 11)
    5. Proof of North Arlington Residency (choose to upload any 3 of the following items):
      • Driver’s License/Vehicle Registration/Insurance Card (considered 1 proof)
      • Cable TV/Internet/Phone Bill (considered 1 proof)
      • Credit Card Bill or Bank Statement
      • Current Utility Bill
