2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration, 23-24 K-12 Registration (current year)

**Please note that PreK students already enrolled in the North Arlington School District do not need to complete registration for kindergarten**** Please note that the kindergarten class at Jefferson School is full. After registration, placement is TBD.STEP 1: Complete our Pre-Registration Form. Please make sure to select the 2024-2025 school year and the correct location according to grade and neighborhood zones.STEP 2: Email the following forms to the appropriate secretary:

- Child’s Original Birth Certificate (with a raised seal) or their Passport
- Form 8
- Copy of Mortgage/Lease
- Form 9-if you lease
- Medical Emergency Contact (Form 4)
- Physicians Report (Form 5)
- Immunizations (Form 6PK/Form 6K)
- Dentist Report (Form 7)
- Home Language Survey (Form 11)
- Proof of North Arlington Residency (choose to upload any 3 of the following items):
- Driver’s License/Vehicle Registration/Insurance Card (considered 1 proof)
- Cable TV/Internet/Phone Bill (considered 1 proof)
- Credit Card Bill or Bank Statement
- Current Utility Bill
