Welcome to Universal Pre-K!

Mrs. Maria Palermo, M.Ed., is proud to be the new Supervisor of Early Childhood Education (PK-5) in the North Arlington School District.  She earned her Bachelor's degree from St. Joseph’s University in Elementary and Special Education.  From Montclair State University, she received her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Prior to coming to North Arlington, Mrs. Palermo worked for the Bloomfield Board of Education as a Preschool Teacher, serving as Lead Teacher in her tenure.  Mrs. Palermo is so excited to officially be a Viking and to continue to develop and expand this high-quality PEA Pre-K program!
